Suitable applicants must have relevant experience of working in small but well equipped kitchens occasionally alone, with strong understanding of good quality British Pub Fayre to exacting standards. You must be a good communicator and a genuine team player, who has a positive attitude, eagerness to exceed, respect for what we do and a real eye for detail. If you are responsible, accountable and a disciplined professional, we would love to hear from you. You must also have a good command of the English language and be entitled to work in the UK.
