LPS now require a Maintenance Surveyor / Estimator (domestic property maintenance) to join our team of experience trades people. We operate across London and primarily work in High End, Private residential properties.
The Role:

Carryout Surveys and inspections
Create condition reports
Carryout quotations / Estimates -Low value works ranging from £250-£15,000
Technical liaison for operatives

The Person  (This role would suite a surveyor or and experienced tradesman with good general knowledge)

Have at least 5 years field based experience.
Be able to carry out fault diagnosis
experience of pricing small works
experience of project management
Able to work well under pressure

Package

Van Supplied
Hours 8am-5pm
All fuel, parking and congestion paid
20 Days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays.
Basic salary range £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
