Hot Stone is an upcoming casual Steak and Japanese Restaurant opening in London this Summer. Our ancestors cooked on stones thousands of years ago and we are planning to bring this exciting experience in a modern setting.Our guests will be able to cook their steaks on hot stones. It is a highly interactive and entertaining way of dining and is definitely a great way to set a good mood for any occasions.
Our restaurant will be dedicated in serving high quality meat cuts and Japanese dishes at a reasonable price. The main highlight of Hot Stone is that our guest will have full control over how they cook their steak right in front of them: rare, medium, welldone or anything in between. And every bite will be as hot as the first!
We are planning to open multiple units within 3 years and this is a very exciting venture and can be highly rewarding for the right candidate. Pay is negotiable and benefits + bonus for the right person.

We need somebody who has got lots of energy, ideas and can produce positive results. You will be one of the key person with a very important role on the business and will be involved in every aspects of business from creating a concept to implementing it.
