Hello, Step2wo is the largest independent kids footwear retailer in the U.K. And we have now a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.We are currently recruiting for a manager to run our flagship shop on Nortcote road. The hours are full time, including every other weekend, and a minimum of 1 year contract as this is a maternity leave cover.The ideal candidate should have previous managerial experience and be able to lead and keep the team motivated. Ideally you should come from a kids footwear background, but definitely retail experience required. The shop is generally very busy and we are looking to drive the sales forward so this is a great position for someone who likes a challenge.The salary is competitive with a commission scheme and generous staff discount after 3 months probation.
