Job Summary:
•To be the essential point of contact for our guests during the night hours
•Follow the night check list and Run the night audit
•Cash up the bar
•Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Ensuring all guest comments, including complaints, are dealt with in an effective and speedy manner in order to facilitate good guest relations and optimise guest satisfaction.
•To ensure that all guests are dealt with promptly upon arrival and departure
•Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate offer this information to the guest.
•To ensure all documentation i.e. Checks/bills are completed as necessary and carried out as per the hotel and company standards.
•Professionally and competently operate the telephone system in line with operating standards.
•Ensure that Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
What we look for:
-1 year experience in Hotel
·Customer Service centric.
·The desire to succeed, through drive and commitment to high levels of customer service, and product and service offerings.
·The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels.
·Reliable and dependable in performing duties.
·Gracious, tactful and courteous in dealing with customers and staff.
·Positive and pro-active attitude.
·Able to question and challenge where needed.
·Organized approach and self-starting.
·Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
