Office Manager Wanted in London

We are looking for a presentable Assistant Office Manager to be a part of a brand new management team in our prestigious serviced office centres. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
Salary circa £28,000 per annum
Key skills which we are looking for:
• Smart presentation
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Well-spoken and clear, fluent English
• Ability to lead a team
• An outgoing, friendly personality and a willingness to engage with clients
• Dynamic and pro-active attitude to acquiring new clients
• Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Must have a good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, and must be able to touch-type
• Good work ethic and punctuality is a must
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:45-17:45. Please send in your CV with a recent photo of yourself attached.
