Pastry Sous Chef Needed in London

Pastry sous chef and pastry chef de partie.
8 Shifts, 4 days on and 3 days off, Monday to Sunday.
We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef de Partie who can maintain an exceptionally high standard of output from the kitchen.
Pastry Sous Chef is creating, preparing, cooking and presenting modern plate dessert with fresh and seasonal products.
Pastry Chef de Partie is assisting Head Chef and Pastry Sous Chef in preparing desserts at the highest level, organising all prep and being part of menu development. We will train the Chef de Partie for maintaining a safe, hygienic and compliant kitchen environment.
The Ideal Pastry Sous Chef / Chef de Partie:
We want to invest in a Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef de Partie who is as passionate as us about hospitality and cooking.

A previous experience in a fine dining restaurant as a Pastry Sous Chef / Chef de Partie or commis is preferred.
To be creative
To be passionate about pastry, great food and quality ingredients.
To be able to produce desserts to the highest standards.
To be calm under pressure
To get strong knowledge in seasonal products and international food stage.
To be tidy, very well organised and personable.
