Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (No: 1117222) that helps orphan children overseas by providing them with basic necessities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic PERFORMANCE MANAGER, Volunteer
The job will consist of:
• Managing recruitment
• Elaboration of strategies and objectives
• Team performance monitoring
• Motivating the team to achieve goals
• Gathering comments
• Reporting to senior executives
• MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
OFFICE TIME: 9AM TO 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
NO PREVIOUS experience IS REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WOULD BE PROVIDED.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VOLUNTARY UNPAID ROLE.
INITIAL COMMITMENT OF 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE FIRST 2 MONTHS, THERE AFTER - 2 DAYS A WEEK (FLEXIBLE).
In return, volunteers often gain experience of an office environment, and learn new skills or develop existing ones.
We offer excellent references after successful completion of project work.
