We currently have a vacancy for an Electrician and Plumber to join our rapidly evolving building company based in Chislehurst.
All applicants must have a proven work history in their trade as well as being experienced in working within a similar residential building company.
Electrician needs to be up to date with 17th edition requirements and must be able to carry out all aspects of first and second fix. Qualified to sign off own work would be a bonus.
Plumber must be able to carry out all aspects of first and second fix. Gas safe or equivalent qualification would be a bonus.
All projects are within a 5 mile radius of Chislehurst therefore candidates that reside locally would be preferred.
Driver with full license would be preferred but not essential.
Uniform provided, good rates of pay, overtime offered.
