Key Responsibilities/Tasks
- Build our brand, reputation and professional services divisions by delivering excellence in customer service to all our clients.
- Support fee earners with accurate and timely administration;
- Keep records and databases accurate and up to date;
- Undertake telephone sales as well as lead generation;
- Liaise with Clients, Banks, Agents
- Manage Client expectations.

Great written and spoken English, intermediate user word.
Confidence with numbers, intermediate user excel.
Ability to learn and talk others through our products/services.
Customer Service Skills  NVQ Level 2 at Grade 1
Customer Relationship Building Skills  NVQ Level 3 at Grade 2
Intermediate excel at Grade 2
Commitment to personal and professional development.
Dealing with queries and problem solving
Drafting/composition skills.
Familiarity with the scope of company procedures, policies and products.
Influencing skills, integrity, maturity and confidentiality.
Marketing/Marketing administration, Mail merge abilities.
Professional telephone manner
Typing/word processing: 50 wpm plus
Use of envelope folding machine and post machine including checking prices on airmail.
