Head chef  needed for city pub in holborn to deliver great fresh pub food for lunch and evening.  must have at least 4 years experience in a similar role. An advantage if in pubs in london.
Head chef must be:

Understands and adheres to budgets when set.
Able to follow and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
