Receptionist Job in London

Remuneration: £18,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
London Smiling is recruiting for both an entry and senior level Receptionist/Guest Coordinator to join the team at our high profile dental group based in central London.

The Role (entry level)
A positive, friendly and approachable individual, the Receptionist/Guest Coordinator will ensure that the reception is ready to welcome guests always and that the appointment book and guest communication is managed efficiently. They will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, making them feel comfortable prior to their meeting with the Dentist, answering telephones, making appointments and sending follow-up letters. We will consider part-time for this role.

• Deliver the London Smiling service excellence experience
• Reception and front of house management, including general administration
• Appointment Book Management
• Guest Communication – Recalls, Letters, Emails, Telephone Enquiries
• Guest List Management
• Appointment Database Management and Reporting
• Quality and Customer Care
• Business strategy and reporting
The Role (Senior Level)
In addition to the requirements of the entry level Receptionist/Guest Coordinator, the senior level role is to be responsible for the overall running of the front of house operation. This is a Team Leader role so requires the ability to line-manage other receptionists.
Example Activities (Senior Level)
• Reception Team Leader duties.
• Active involvement in recruitment and induction of new reception team.
• Carry out monthly 1-to-1’s and inform the Principal of any actions/issues.
• Assist/lead team appraisals/development reviews as required.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting accordingly
• Report progress of team Professional Development Plan’s to Principal.
• Ensure that the reception team work in line with policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the reception team is fully informed of changes to legislation/practice policy via communication and team meetings.
• Sign off reception team timesheets.
• Ensure weekly resources meet business demands (e.g Rota).
• Monitoring and management of team absence, sickness, and holiday requests.

Remuneration and Benefits
£18,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience (to be discussed at interview stage)
