Registered Nurse -Part time
Hope Super Jobs make Interserve Healthcare different is the variety of clients we provide care to. Our clients range in age (children and adults) and medical conditions and can include conditions such as peg feeding ,intense care ,acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and strokes.
As a Registered Nurse in this role your duties will vary dependant on the clients individual care plan in place but may include assisting with the initial set up of care packages and the running of care within the home setting, completing IHC documentation, training and supporting Care Assistants/Support Workers and ensuring individual clinical care and safety requirements are met.
Our Clients lives independently in the Redbridge ,Newham, Barking and Dagenham area.
The Registered Nurses are required to carry out a comprehensive assessment of an individuals clinical and social needs to enable the completion of a robust and structured care plan to be followed by Care and Support Workers. Part of the assessment will be to form training requirement assessment as well as ensuring all associated risks are assessed and managed so safety remains paramount.
Each assessment will be written directly to our secure IT platform to allow remote access to all users and health professionals and to ensure necessary updates are given to the care and support teams in real time.
The positions are for adhoc assignments and paid per hour. Expectation to travel within your specified area, assessment will be arranged in accordance with an individual’s availability to undertake the task.
This is a part time role and would be 5 to 6 hours weekly.
Pay rates for Nurses are £35.00 hourly.
ARE YOU A NURSE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
• Valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience of supporting clients within the community with complex health needs
• Have a caring and compassionate attitude
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent relationship building skills
