2 X RVN’s /Qualified Veterinary Nurses required - full time and part time
Clerkenwell Animal Hospital is an independent well equipped 100% small animal first opinion and referral practice with extensive on-site facilities including a CT scanner, DR X-ray system, ultrasound, comprehensive in-house laboratory, separate dog and cat wards and a newly opened cattery. We are open 7 days a week providing high standards of clinical and inpatient care for our clients and their pets based in and around the Clerkenwell area. We have also opened our first branch practice in Bloomsbury last year.
Due to expansion we currently require one full-time and one part time experienced RVN’s to join our friendly team situated across two sites of 5 full time vets, 5.5 day nurses, 2 night nurses, 2 receptionists, 1 veterinary administrator and 1 practice manager.
1.One full time RVN to work at our main Hospital in Clerkenwell. You will work a 40 hour week (this includes paid lunch breaks) with no OOH and 1 in 5 weekends with the Thursday and Friday off the following week as time in lieu. Salary from £25,000 depending on experience.
2. One part nurse, approximately 23 hours per week to work with the Head Nurse at our Bloomsbury Branch, will include 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 9am-1pm. Salary £15.00 ph.
We are happy to consider veterinary nurses who have qualified outside the UK (e.g. Australia, SA, NZ) and are not currently registered with the RCVS.
Excellent spoken and written English essential.
