Saturday Administrator Needed

We're currently recruiting for a Saturday Administrator to help our busy Sales and Lettings teams within our Hackney office.
This role involves answering the phone and dealing with queries, meeting and greeting visitors to the office, booking property viewings, and helping the office managers and other staff with general administration tasks.
The hours of work will be 10am-4pm every Saturday.
No prior experience in the property industry is required, however some office experience would be desirable. The role requires good customer service and telephone manner along with strong administration and organisational skills.
As there will be times when full-time staff members will all be out of the office on property viewings we require someone who is confident and able to work on their own initiative.
