Seasonal Retail Team Members Needed

Period of employment: Between the 18th November and 24th December.
Rate of pay: All salaries will meet the London Living Wage and all National Insurance obligations. You will accrue paid holiday on all hours worked.
We are looking for fun and enthusiastic teams of people to work at our Capital Christmas Trees popup stores across London this winter. Purchasing a Christmas tree is a very important part of the season for many, and creating a memorable experience for our customers is very important to us.
A typical day at one of our stores will include maintaining our tree and merchandise displays, providing specialist knowledge, whilst creating a fun and welcoming environment for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
Excellent customer service standards
A positive and proactive attitude
A love for the outdoors
Fluency in English
Punctual and reliable
Basic IT literacy
Good physical health
The ability to work well as part of a team
A fun disposition
An eye for detail and cleanliness
Full training will be given on the products and services that we offer so do not worry if you don’t have relevant experience. Successful candidates will be invited to attend training in November before employment commences.
Working hours are flexible but we need full availability at the weekends. Full time members will normally work 40-50 hours across 5/6 days throughout December, and part time staff will work typically work approximately 16 - 20 hours during the weekends of the 2nd, 9th and 16th December
