Job Title: Senior Beauty Retail Therapist
Area: Central London and surrounding areas
Brand: The Organic Pharmacy
Salary from £22.000 plus fantastic commission structure
Job Scope
 Ensure efficient operation of T.O.P beauty rooms
 Under the general guidance and supervision of Store Manager and within the limits of established Organic Pharmacy policies and procedures
 Ensure the highest standard of client care and services at all time.
 Promotes the desired work culture around Ward Winning T.O.P Ways and brand ethos
Key Job Responsibilities
 Promote the beauty rooms by actively participating with internal and external promotional activities
 To actively manage trade test and sales assessments skills with feedback to Trainer and Human Resources Management
 To take responsibility for stock management and ordering for Beauty rooms
 To Train Junior Therapists on required skills i.e. Brazilians etc.
 Responsible for carrying out VIP treatments and events when required
 Encourage the promotion and sale of T.O.P and non T.O.P products in conjunction with beauty treatments
 Ensuring that end of day closure and till procedures are followed
 Working to meet treatment and sales targets
Self-Management
 Comply with T.O.P regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook
 Comply with company grooming and uniform standards
 Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies
 Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development
 To maintain the appropriate attitude to reflect and promote the image of The Organic Pharmacy
Customer Service
 Perform all treatments to the highest standard at all times
 Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and Company standards
 Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the clients experience
 Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
 Take appropriate action to resolve client complaints
 Be able to promote the Beauty and Health clinic products and services
 Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge of T.O.P
General
 Comply with the company corporate code of conduct at all times
 Familiarise yourself with the company vision and values which link to our desired behaviours that we expect all employees to display
 Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your Store Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals
 Desire and ability to improve your knowledge and abilities through on-going Training.
 Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
 Complete daily cleaning checklist and weekly deep cleanliness of Beauty rooms including all equipment, visual merchandised areas, treatment tools e.g cuticle nippers are hygienically cleaned and stored correctly
 Ensure that weekly TOP salon orders and monthly non-TOP essentials are ordered to ensure that you are fully equip at all times.
