Site Supervisor/Foreman
We specialise in High-End Property Renovations, covering all of London.
We’re looking for a site foreman with good experience as a site manager, someone who works well with a small team and understands high-end residential developments.
You will be working on the tools but also manage your team effectively.
We want someone who is friendly and approachable, however you must deliver these projects on time and budget.
Working hours will be 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday working.
You must also have very good construction skills and be able to undertake many different types of work, ranging from Groundwork, basements, underpinning, complicated steel structures and many other types that come with extensive refurbishment works.
This role is for someone with passion and commitment for construction work.
Someone with the right attitude who is willing to adapt to the new company culture and have the ambition to succeed in the high-end refurbishment market.

YOU’RE EXPECTED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
* Good Carpentry Skills (essential)
* experience in high-end residential renovations (essential)
* Ability to lead and motivate your team effectively
* An accomplished problem solver
* Experienced and versatile 'all-rounder'
* Good standard of spoken and written English
* UK Drivers licence (preferable)
* Computer literate (preferable)
* Right to work in the UK
* NON-SMOKER
