We are looking for a talented individual to support the restaurant and with bookings and guest services.
Working closely with the reception manager and the front of house team, the ideal candidate would have some reception/host experience but full training will be given. Bookings and enquiries are constant, so the ability to manage calls/emails and exceed customer's expectations is crucial.
We are looking for somebody with a natural flare for this role and exceptional people skills. A composed, organised and friendly personality is key, keeping consistency and standards high at all times.
This is a hugely important role and a great package is available for the right candidate.
£8-10 per hour, depending on level of experience and performance.
