Special Projects Manager Job Description
£30K pa

35 Hours per week, flexible hours, some work from home.
We’re looking for a very special person to join our team.
What’s interesting about this role is there is no job description! So here is the reason we’re hiring… Over the last 15 years we’ve found that success and enjoyment come from having the right people doing the right jobs.
By the right people we’re looking for positive, energetic, responsible, exceptional communicators who have integrity and humility. It doesn’t matter what role you’re doing this is what we look for.
Then we look for people who have specific talent for doing their particular job. We’ve found when it comes to special, often one-off projects that one of either Directors, Tom or Mark or our Business Manager, Jen has to step up and cover it. This puts us under a lot of pressure, thus things don’t get done or the quality of our work is compromised.
This is where you come in!
You will be that super organised, multi-Tasker, can turn your hand to anything person who LOVES variation and getting stuff done. Kind of like the saviour of the Universe but only our universe.
Here are examples of things we need help with yesterday…

Research and recommend a new mobile phone provider.
Make Prezzi presentations for our charity partners.
Plan and deliver using video to improve our fundraiser coaching.
Make a video to help recruitment attract more people.
Do a competitor analysis
Design a staff questionnaire
Research a better way to administrate our expenses.
Attend meetings and make sure the action points get done.
Do anything that needs doing!

We require a minimum of 4 years experience in a PA, Office Manager, Project Manager or similar role where there is a busy and varying workload in a fast paced environment. The hours are flexible to your needs, based at our offices on Charlotte Street, which is great for lunch, dinner and after work gatherings (we have a few!). There is also the opportunity to undertake some work from home.
