Store Manager – Up to 25k - Immediate start.
The role is available in our London Store.
We are very much at the heart of the community and we are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellent customer service to maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Select, train, lead and develop store team to ensure that you have a first-class team delivering first class service and hitting your order journey times.
•Fully support the Firezza vision providing inspiration to your team through demonstrating a passion for food and high-quality Customer Service.
•When recruiting team use the relevant tools and highlight individuals that are aligned to the values of Firezza.
•Having a continuous recruitment plan in place for Drivers.
•Work against and achieve set targets and KPIS’s undertaking all relevant reporting metrics.
•Hold responsibility for stock, equipment and bikes and other relevant tools are in place to deliver against agreed service, order journey and quality standards on your shifts.
•Manage and lead the team to ensure you achieve any QS, accounting or bike audits undertaken and any bike related legal governance and standards.
•Ensure that all controls are in place against labour and quality that will support a 100% score against any required audits and that all shifts are covered to meet customer/order demand.
•Monitor and measure the performance of the team and undertake necessary performance management steps as required to ensure capability is managed fairly, effectively and within legal requirements.
•Ensure any customer complaints received are dealt with swiftly and in line with the ex gratia framework and the customer is reverted back to a raving fan. Ultimately you have full responsibility for customer service, order journey and exceeding where possible the customer expectations in relation to Firezza.
•Take ownership and accountability for each customers experience ensuring that you and your team deliver the Firezza service and order journey that exceeds their expectations.
•Ensure there are training and development initiatives in place that support the training and development of your team in line with the Firezza training plans.
•Work with individuals in your team to support their achievement of specific KPI’s and appraise against the behaviours, values and competencies required for their success in role.
•Work with new management teams joining Firezza to induct them and teach them the Firezza way.
•Take ownership of growing the stores business as if it were your own by driving sales and service KPI’s supported by marketing and promotional activities.
•Manage food and variable costs within budget whilst ensuring no negative impact on the store’s service and order journey.
•Optimise labour budget to deliver effective and efficient service at all times within labour budgets.
•Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is within the store at all times and comply to all QS requirements.
•Put processes in place that support achievement of team store bonus scheme, ensuring your team earn the best bonus possible.
•Undertakes activities at an Area and company level for the better of the business and to grow their own development.

What will be needed to be a Successful Store Manager:
•You will have an amazing visual eye to give your store the WOW FACTOR, you will be hands on with staff and customers and enjoy leading the store to continued success.

•You will currently be a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
•You will be personable, warm and engaging as you will be part of a community of core customers.
•You will have experience working in any the following sector's: hospitality, quick-service restaurants or retail.
•You will enjoy sales and giving exceptional customer service.
