Due to expansion we are now looking for an experienced Staff Training and Development Lead has a passion for training, good organisational skills and wants to work for a care company that is passionate about developing its people and supporting its staff to be well trained and confident to deliver care of the highest quality possible.
You will be working as part of a professional and compassionate team and so your professionalism as well as your compassion are critical attributes we will be looking for.
Objective:
The Staff Training and Development Lead is responsible for the execution and organisation of all training programs for CAREGivers. This position will also require the support of the office team.
Main Duties:
Maintain the highest level of training for new and existing CAREGivers, key players, clients and community.
Responsible for Inducting all new CAREGivers.
Maintain the training matrix to ensure all refresher courses and new training are completed within the correct timescale.
Develop training and enhance the skills of the existing team through personal development plans.
Observations of CAREGivers in clients homes.
Person Spec:
Must be an experienced Trainer
Must really enjoy training and developing people.
Must have experience in preparing and managing training programs.
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English.
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 Per annum depending on experience.
